Behind the heritage facade of this Eastern Suburbs semi is a functional designer home with mid-century modern touches. PGR Projects opened up the rear of the building to flood the living space with natural light. Custom joinery serves a dual purpose, being both practical and beautiful. Life can flow out onto the deck and into the oasis garden.
