Working with an interior designer, PGR Projects managed the loving restoration and modernisation of this character apartment in Rushcutters Bay. The architraves, skirting, picture rails and floors were returned to their former warmth.

Luxurious touches

A contemporary kitchen with marble splashback and abundant storage, and a marble bathroom are luxurious touches.

PGR Projects have returned the architraves, skirting, picture rails and floors to their former glory. New paint and a decorative wallpaper offset the beauty of the timber.
